Cancellation and Refund Policy
The cancellation and refund policy is only applicable to all online payments made through the mobile app and website for booking appointments.
In case cancellation is initiated by end user:
1. Before Schedule Appointment Time- 100% of Consultation Fees will be refunded. However, please note that convenience fees will not be refunded.
2. After the Scheduled Appointment Time- neither Consultation Fees nor Convenience Fees will be refunded.
In case Cancellation is initiated by the relevant hospital due to the unavailability of a Doctor:
3. 100% of consultation Fees and Convenience fees will be refunded to the end user.
At the time of cancellation, the amount will be refunded via the same source of payment and will be subject to the payment terms of the source only. The amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
Online Payment on Website and Social Media
1. The Website and Links through Social Media provide you the ability to pay online through a third-party payment gateway for some of the Services available on the Website.
2. If you choose to pay online, you may be directed to a third-party payment gateway to enable the processing of the payment. This transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the third-party payment gateway.
EINSTAGORE shall not be liable.
a. If any transaction does not fructify or may not be completed or
b. for any failure on the part of the bank or the credit card or the third-party site or agency to perform any of its obligations or in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly arising out of the decline or acceptance of authorization for any transaction, for any reason whatsoever.
Tele- consultation Disclaimer Policy
1. Einstagore is offering telemedicine or video consults where patients are not being able to reach the hospital.
2. A video or telemedicine consult can never be compared to a normal in-hospital consult where the doctor is able to physically examine the patient.
3. You are advised to come to the hospital for consults whenever you are in a position for the same. If the consult cannot wait, then only you should opt for a telemedicine or video consult.
4. You are advised to confirm the diagnosis, treatment, and prescription whenever you can come to the hospital for a physical consult. In case your symptoms/condition does not improve, immediately reach the nearest hospital.
5. By accepting telemedicine consultation, you agree and accept that the tele-consultants/doctors and all personnel directly or indirectly involved with any part of the Telemedicine setup shall not be held responsible in the unlikely event of an error in diagnosis or management due to the occurrence of sub-optimal technical conditions. While every attempt will be made to ensure ideal conditions, unforeseen situations may occur.
Einstagore and/or its doctors shall not be responsible for the complete accuracy of telemedicine consultation, limited in its scope as it is, with no physical examination of the patient being possible. While every attempt will be made to ensure the comprehensiveness of the consultation, unforeseen situations may arise. Your accepting telemedicine consultation will be taken as your consent for a telemedicine consult with its ingrained limitations.
